Steve Chapin boat POISCS02K707 ............................ $28,000.00
For sale by the Center for Wooden boats in Seattle.

This is a photo of the launching of my Pocock "Nate Hagen" on July 10, 2008. I have been rowing it ever since and love every minute I am in it!!!!

The wooden singles are the best. I have one of Steve's "new" shells and I love rowing it. Long live Pococks! - Diane (VanDerbeek) Lander

Diane Lander's Pocock Classic Cedar Single is in perfect condition - and includes two sets of sculls.

I attended the christening of the first of eight shells Steve Chapin built. Pictures. My role was to shoo off the groupies and walk Stan Pocock back to a chair after his speech because his hip was bothering him. On the walk back Stan said to me, "We never built any boats this good." A remarkable thing for the twentieth century's best boat builder in the world to say, but there there it was. Steve Chapin Pocock Classic Cedar Singles may be the best wooden rowing shells ever built. - Jim Buckley

Wood beading and keel nails per George's preference. Extra pair of bronze oarlocks, plus extra C2 plastic locks. Purchased from an east coast sculler in 2002, I believe I'm the second owner. 1960's Pocock Cox'ed Pair ............................................ $??
Bob Farkas president of Nereid Boat Club in Rutherford, NJ. We have an original Pocock wooden coxed pair that we are looking to sell. The hull is in good shape. We have the original oars but are missing the riggers. It would need a little bit of work to make it 'sea worthy' again, but it is a magnificent piece of work.
